To give prudence to the simple, To the young man knowledge and discretion:

Proverbs is a book in the Bible which aims to give wisdom of God to His believers. This verse names 3 aspects of wisdom: prudence, knowledge and discretion, which God calls His people to receive them, especially the simple & the youth.

How to receive the wisdom of God? The nearby verses instruct it clearly - by fearing God, receiving His Word, and taking it to heart.
