Galatians 3:26-29 ESV

for in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's offspring, heirs according to promise.

Ideally, there should be no distinction among Christians for we are all baptized into Christ and have put on Christ's image. There is no male or female, slave or master, Jew or Greek, but Christ's. God commands us to love our neighbors as ourselves. A way to do it is not having distinction between ourselves and our neighbors. We are all Christ's, all children of God, all citizens of heaven...

We are all parts of the same church body. Each may have different roles and status, but as the eyes are no higher than the feet, no one is higher than others. All are equally important for the well being of the body
